Products can be returned if they are received in a damaged or defective condition, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 5 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement accordingly.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days after approval. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will need to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
